MCLEOD IS REGIONAL FFA SPEAKING CHAMPION
COLUMBIA, SC….FFA member Spencer McLeod of McBee, a freshman at McBee High School, was named the Pee Dee FFA Creed Speaking Champion at the Regional Competition held in Florence Wednesday evening, May 4, 2005, according to John W. Parris, State Director of Public Affairs with the SC FFA Association.
“Spencer will compete in the state finals at the South Carolina FFA Association Convention scheduled at Clemson University in June”, Parris said. “The state champion will be awarded an expense-paid trip to compete in the finals at the National FFA Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, in October”, he added.
