STATE FFA PRESIDENT PARTICIPATES IN E-85 STATION
DEDICATION
COLUMBIA, SC....Jamie Hughes, State President of the SC FFA Association, was invited to participate in the dedication of the first E-85 station in Columbia recently, according to John W. Parris, State Director of Public Affairs with the SC FFA.
Hughes joined Interim State Commissioner of Agriculture Hugh Weathers and others for the official opening of the Exxon Station in down-town Columbia.
E-85 fuel utilizes 85 percent Ethanol and 15 percent gasoline. The production and utilization of E-85 offers tremendous potential for American agriculture and substantially reducing our nation's dependence on foreign oil.
