BURNS WINS SCHOLARSHIPS AT ANDERSON FAIR
COLUMBIA, SC….Cameron Burns, an officer of the Pendleton FFA Chapter, won three college scholarships at the 2005 Anderson County Fair, according to John W. Parris, State Director of Public Affairs with the SC FFA Association.
She was awarded the Anderson County Fair Scholarship, the Anderson County Farm Bureau Scholarship and the Anderson County Cattlemen’s Scholarship. In addition, she won the beef cattle showmanship competition in the 15-16 year age group.
Cameron is the daughter of Gary and Sarah Burns of Pendleton. Her FFA Advisor is Garrett Howard, Agricultural Education Teacher at Pendleton High School.
