STATE FFA OFFICERS MEET WITH PRESIDENT BUSH AT WHITE HOUSE
WASHINGTON, DC……Stephen Tyner, President of the South Carolina FFA Association, McBee SC, and Emily Waggoner, State Secretary of the organization from Pendleton, SC, met with President George Bush at the White House Thursday, July 28, according to John W. Parris, State Director of Public Affairs with the SC FFA Association.

The Agricultural Education students from South Carolina were in Washington, DC, participating in a National FFA Leadership Conference along with state FFA officers from throughout the nation.
Tyner and Waggoner also met with the US Secretary of Agriculture and some members of the South Carolina Congressional Delegation while in Washington.
