FFA CHAPTERS PARTICIPATE IN LEXINGTON FARM-CITY SHOWCASE
COLUMBIA, SC…FFA members and advisors from Lexington Technology Center, Gilbert and Pelion High Schools participated in the annual Lexington County Farm-City Showcase held in a local shopping mall in downtown Lexington, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization.

Each of the chapters had an attractive and interesting exhibit which drew a large audience of all ages for the day-long event.
The FFA chapters are co-sponsors of the Showcase in conjunction with the Lexington County Farm-City Committee.
FA Advisors Tommy Harmon, Derrick Cooper, Frank R. Stover, Jr., and Libby Hrlic serve on the County-wide Farm-City Committee. “The Lexington County observance of Farm-City Week is recognized as one of the outstanding events in South Carolina each year”, Parris said.
