FORT MILL FFA PRESIDENT AWARDED $14,000 SCHOLARSHIP

COLUMBIA, SC…Bryan Rowe, president of the Fort Mill FFA Chapter, has been selected to receive a Johnson and Wales University National FFA scholarship valued at $14,000, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization. He will receive the scholarship in increments of $3500 each year for four years.

Bryan will attend the Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte where he will major in accounting.

A senior at Fort Mill High School, Bryan has served as president of the Fort Mill FFA Chapter for two years.

Bryan’s Supervised Agricultural Experience program is his employment at Anne Springs Close’ Greenway Horse Farm in Fort Mill.

The son of Thomas and Karen Rowe, Bryan’s FFA advisor is Carrie C. Bolin, Agricultural Education teacher at Fort Mill High School.
