ESTRIDGE IS PRESIDENT OF SC AGRICULTURAL EDUCATORS
COLUMBIA, SC…..Roger M. Estridge, Jr., of Iva, SC, a member of the Agricultural Education faculty at Crescent High School, is the new president of the South Carolina Agricultural Educators Association, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs for Agricultural Education.
A 1988 honor graduate of Crescent High School, Mr. Estridge is also a graduate of Clemson University where he received a BS degree in Animal Science-Pre Vet in 1992 and a MAgEd degree in Agricultural Education in 2000.
A former Agricultural Education Teacher at Andrew Jackson High School in Kershaw, SC, Estridge has served as president of the Crescent Young Farmer and Agribusiness Association, the South Carolina Young Farmer and Agribusiness Association and the National Young Farmer Education Association. He is a member of the SC Farm Bureau Young Farmer and Rancher Committee.
Estridge and his brother, Roy, own and operate a 600 acre farm in Anderson County where they produce beef cattle, hay and small grain.
