MANNING FFA OFFICERS FEATURED ON BILLBOARD

A photo of Manning High School FFA Chapter officers in living color is attractively displayed on an Outdoor Advertising Billboard in Manning, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization.

“This is a tremendous public relations achievement by the Manning FFA Chapter,” Mr. Parris said. “The words Blue Jackets…Bright Futures underneath the photo sums up the meaning of the FFA mission which is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through Agricultural Education,” he added.

A Gold Emblem Award winner in 2007, the Manning Chapter is a recipient of the Governor’s Citation for Excellence in Student Development through the FFA.
