COLUMBIA, SC…..Harry DuBose, a member of the faculty at Carolina Forest High School, Myrtle Beach, has been named President of the SC Association of Agricultural Educators for 2007-08, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the organization.
Wagener-Salley High School Agricultural Education Instructor Allen Williams of Wagener is President-Elect.
Barry Hawkins, Agricultural Education Instructor at Edisto High School, Cordova, is Secretary-Treasurer.
Regional Vice Presidents include Agricultural Educators Mark Earle, Hillcrest High School, Simpsonville; Amanda Nichols, Saluda High School, Saluda; Stacey Bazen, Aynor High School, Aynor; and Thomas Dawkins, Estill High School, Estill.
Regional Associate Vice Presidents are Agricultural Educators Calvert Sherard, Calhoun Falls High School, Calhoun Falls; Libby Hrlic, Batesburg-Leesville High School, Batesburg-Leesville; Jillian Shupenis, Lakewood High School, Sumter; and Mindy Sandifer, Barnwell County Career Center, Barnwell.
Roger Estridge, Agricultural Education Instructor at Crescent High School in Iva, will serve on the executive committee as past-president.
