LEXINGTON FFA MEMBER TAKES TOP HONORS
IN UPPER DIVISION FFA CREED SPEAKING
CLEMSON, SC….Suzette Sharpe, an officer of the Lexington Technology Center FFA Chapter, took first place honors in the Upper Division FFA Creed Speaking competition held in conjunction with the State FFA Convention at Clemson University recently, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization.
Suzette was awarded an expense-paid trip by the SC Young Farmer and Agribusiness Association to attend the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, in October.
Tommy Harmon, Agricultural Education Instructor at the Lexington Technology Center, is Suzette’s FFA Advisor.
