Columbia, SC…The McBee High School FFA Chapter was recently featured by the South Carolina Educational Television (ETV) Network, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization.
McBee Agricultural Education instructor Pat Earle and Chapter President Megan Wayne appeared throughout the popular outdoor educational show, “Making It Grow,” hosted by Roland Alston with Clemson University.
McBee FFA Alumnus Tony Melton, a Clemson University Extension Specialist, questioned Mr. Earle and Megan about the success of Agricultural Education and the FFA in South Carolina and, specifically, at McBee High School.
“The recognition given the McBee FFA Chapter by the SC ETV statewide network and the “Making It Grow” show producers was a highlight of the year in our continued efforts to inform the general public that Agricultural Education and the FFA are alive and well in South Carolina,” Parris said.
