SC PRAYER BREAKFAST IN COLUMBIACOLUMBIA, SC…State FFA President K. Flint Holbrook of Clover, accompanied by his father, Flint Holbrook, and State Vice President Will Amick of Lexington, attended the South Carolina Prayer Breakfast at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Columbia on Wednesday, March 25. They were joined by state and national FFA alumni members Dr. H. Wayne Beam, Von P. Snelgrove and John W. Parris.
State Superintendent of Education Dr. Jim Rex presided at the event. Members of the SC General Assembly also appeared on the program.
The featured speaker was US Ambassador Tony Hall of Ohio who had previously served as a member of the US House of Representatives for thirty years.
A large contingency of state legislators, other government officials and representatives of churches and other organizations throughout the state attended the event.
