HALL AWARDED FARM BUREAU SCHOLARSHIP
Samuel J. Hall, an alumnus of the York FFA Chapter, was recently awarded a $1000 scholarship by the York County Farm Bureau. The announcement was made by Arthur Black, president of the local Farm Bureau organization and an FFA Alumnus.
A son of Bob and Susan Hall of York, Samuel is a senior at Clemson University majoring in Agricultural Economics.
“The York County Farm Bureau is to be commended for its continuous financial support of area young people enrolled in a college or university and preparing for a career in the science, business or technology of twenty-first century Agriculture,” said John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization.
