HOLBROOK ONE OF TOP TWENTY MALE STUDENTS
AT OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY

K. Flint Holbrook of Clover, SC, a student at Oklahoma State University studying for a BS degree in Biosystems Engineering, has been named one of the top twenty male freshmen at the university, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization.

The selection of the top students is based on scholastic achievement, leadership and participation in campus activities and awareness of the student’s role at the university.

Seventy percent or 14 of the 20 top male students at OSU, now in their sophomore year, are majoring in an agricultural field of study including Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Education, Animal Science, Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness and Biological Science.

Holbrook, son of Flint and Beverly Holbrook of Clover, SC, is a 2009 graduate of Clover High School. While in high school, he served as president of the SC FFA Association and received numerous state and national awards for his success as an outstanding leader and entrepreneur. His FFA advisor was Carrie C. Bolin, agricultural science instructor at the high school.
