HERNDON IS
PRESIDENT-ELECT OF SC YOUNG FARMER-AGRIBUSINESS ASSOCIATION
COLUMBIA, SC….Henry Herndon of Bamberg, SC, was named President-elect of the SC Young Farmer-Agribusiness Association at its recent state conference in Hilton Head, according to John W. Parris, State Director of Public Affairs with the association.
Mr. Herndon, a former State Vice President of the association, is a member of the Colleton-Bamberg Young Farmer-Agribusiness Chapter. He is a prominent livestock and timber farmer and also an employee of the SC Department of Natural Resources.
The Young Farmer-Agribusiness organization is the primary Adult component of Agricultural Education programs in South Carolina schools.
