SC YOUNG FARMER-AGRIBUSINESS ASSOCIATION ELECTS OFFICERS
Fifth generation farmer Henry Herndon of Bamberg has been named president of the SC Young Farmer and Agribusiness Association for 2006, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the organization.

Other officers elected are Roger Smith of Jefferson, president-elect; vice presidents Lauren Holden, Starr; Michael Nance, McConnells; Robert Stafford, Sumter; Jeff Sandifer of Barnwell. Edsel Williams of Britton’s Neck was re-elected treasurer.
Billy Keels, State Director of Agricultural Education with Clemson University, serves as advisor to the group and Steve Sanderson, Associate State Director of Agricultural Education, serves as executive secretary.
