MILLER IS OUTSTANDING PRESIDENT OF AGRICULTURAL GROUP
COLUMBIA, SC….Russell Miller of Saluda was recently named state winner in the Outstanding Chapter President Award category by the South Carolina Young Farmer- Agribusiness Association, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs for the organization.
The announcement of Mr. Miller’s selection for this prestigious award was made at the annual conference of the organization held in Myrtle Beach. He received a plaque and cash award from the Massey-Ferguson Company who sponsors the recognition program in concert with the adult agricultural education organization.
Amanda Nichols, Agricultural Education instructor at Saluda High School, serves as advisor to the Saluda chapter.
