William and Marlene Bushey
BUSHEY WINS ENERGY EFFICIENCY AWARD
COLUMBIA, SC…William Bushey, a member of the Saluda County Young Farmer and Agribusiness Chapter, is the Mid-state Region winner of the SC Young Farmer and Agribusiness Association Energy Efficiency Award which is sponsored by Duke Energy, SCANA, Inc., and the Pee Dee Electric Cooperative. Mr. Bushey received a cash award and an engraved plaque in recognition of his success in the efficient use of energy in his home.
Amanda Nichols, Agricultural Education Instructor at Saluda High School, serves as the professional advisor to the local Young Farmer and Agribusiness chapter.
