Super Saturday Schedule (including directions)
Part I: Written Test (50 points)
The written test will be comprised of a total of 25 multiple choice items.
Part II: Milk Sampling (20 points)
Students will identify the flavor (taste & odor) of the 10 samples provided
Part III: Cheese Identification (20 Points)
Students will identify the 10 cheese samples by matching the sample number with the appropriate number on the score card.
Part IV: Milker Parts (40 Points)
Students will grade 10 milker parts for defects as well as identify an additional 10 parts of the milker unit giving them a total of 20 items for this section
Part V: Real vs. Artificial (30 Points)
Students will determine from 15 samples if the products are real or imitation dairy products.
