The 2012 State Milk Quality and Products will consist of the following: 

1) Written Exam
2) Cheese ID
3)Team Activity: students will be given a scenario and will work
together to create a written response
4) Milk Fat Content
5) Milk Flavor ID and Evaluation
6) California Mastitis
