Logan Layne
State Vice President

Logan is from Manning, S.C. and is a member of the Manning FFA Chapter. He is the son of Aaron and Scarlett Layne and has a sister, Ariel.

His most memorable FFA activity was competing the Parliamentary Procedure CDE on a national level. His SAE involved working at the Piggly Wiggly. In regards to SC FFA, Logan feels that if we did everything that we are capable of, then we would get a lot more accomplished.

Outside of FFA activities, Logan like to play tennis and basketball. He enjoys listening to all types of music. If he could travel to anywhere in the world, he would like to visit Australia. His favorite food is pizza. His favorite farm animal is a pig.

The most valuable lesson that Logan has learned from his agriculture teacher, Michael Haynes, is that if you want something bad enough and put forth the effort, you can achieve it. His favorite quote from Wayne Dye is "Procrastination is the deadliest of all diseases. Let not procrastination take hold of what we can do today."

Logan is a rising senior at Manning High School and would like to major in Agricultural Education at Clemson University after graduation.
