WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOU TO JOIN US FOR THE

2005 SUNBELT AGRICULTURAL EXPOSITION
 MOULTRIE , GA
 OCTOBER 18 - 20

Cost — $150.00 per person (Children 10 & under staying in room with parents are free)

Includes:

  • Hotel accommodations for two nights (Double Occupancy)
  • Entrance into the Expo
  • Transportation
  • Shuttle to and from the Expo.
  • Barbecue dinner — Guest of the Georgia Young Farmers

Departure Sites:

  • Florence – Pee Dee Research and Education Center
  • Orangeburg – Exxon Truck Stop, Intersection of Hwy 178 and I-95
  • Columbia – Sandhill Research and Education Center
  • Clemson – P & A Agricultural Building, Clemson University

Itinerary:

10/18/05

  • Noon: Buses depart (all departure sites)
  • 7:30 p.m.: Arrive at hotel

10/19/05

  • 8:00 a.m : Depart for Sunbelt Expo
  • 8:30 – 5:30: Attend Expo
  • 6:00 p.m.: Attend Georgia Young Farmer Barbecue Dinner
  • 8:00 p.m.: Return to hotel

10/20/05

  • 8:30: Depart for home
  • 3:30: Arrive at original departure sites

Note: Care will be taken to allow for ample rest stops and meal breaks.
